The summons were served at the home address of Shearer/DeMattei, and were returned to the court executed except for the Three Sixty summons. Michelle Shearer would not accept service for Three Sixty and Deputy Sheriff Yoder returned the summons to the court unexecuted stating that "Shearer is not an officer or agent for Three Sixty, Inc, would not accept."
