Who did it and why? It is totally related to NWOG because they played on the whole RS rumour. They also did this with Scottrade and others. Whoever did this must have had a huge stake in NWOG and a lot of money lost. It is odd to play this out with NWOG. I have a bad feeling that trading will be halted soon by all of these brokers.
