RCC Holdings, Corp. and IWS to Establish One-Year Plan

ONTARIO, CA, Sep 13, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- RCC Holdings, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: RCCH) announces that at the 2007 Clean Water Partnership Summit meeting in Cincinnati, OH, initial discussions were held with Big Fish Environmental of Charlevoix, MI. Big Fish may offer complementary septage service to International Wastewater Systems, a sole subsidiary of RCC Holdings, Corp. Further discussions are planned.

RCC Holdings, Corp. also announces that Gene Newton, CEO of RCC Holdings, Corp., and Claude Smith, President of International Wastewater Systems, are currently working together to establish a one-year plan. RCC Holdings, Corp. and IWS are working collectively with both staffs, along with the EPA and ETV to form the one-year plan. The first draft of the one-year plan is expected soon, with more details to follow.
