when you say "talked to michael" are you refering to the email dated 09/19/07. that email followed "nutso" selling per your post earlier that day when 267 million shares traded. that email said for the "foreseeable future", but no reference was made to facebook. since this expansion is new, i assume that michael did not reveal a material event regarding facebook to you in advance of a PR 6 days later. again can you email michael and DD that this expansion does not require additional funding beyond what was forseeable prior to the annoucement?
