Uncle. I understand the board consensus. "It is ok to share confidential terms of a deal while all offers have not been submitted etc. etc. Roger is our savior etc. etc."

He might communicate, but he does himself an injustice. If he came out upbeat, animated, with a concise outline of the financing and a coherent summary of our trajectory, the market might have had a different reaction.

BTW: Where the hell is Messinger during these calls? You would think (ok hope)that she had something to do with the financing. Maybe she was having a late lunch with the boys from JMP. R&R was at least on the phone.

I don't think I am being overly critical here. I have invested in and followed several other companies in uncomfortable positions. I have to say, this isn't how it's done gentleman (and of course Mr Hanes and Judy).

There were several large trades on Friday. IMHO somebody large is jumping ship.

I am not saying that the IND isn't the first hurdle. If the IND is hung, delisting here we come. (IMHO)
