Marketmann ... we do not know what you would be getting in buying SLJB Nevada.
Share certificates in a shell company.... yes.
Anything in the way of hard assets or operations .... unclear.

Even if SLJB owned/owns Premium in Calgary and Sulja Building Supplies in Windsor ... Calgary assets have been seized by the Bailiff ... AND ... Receiver is apparently in place in Windsor.

So what is there of any value???
