Maki - If Malyshev is holding a PR about the SNGF deal he should definitely release it with the news of the split, to try to blunt some of its effect. This would also be a good time for him to accelerate the buy-back, IF he cares about moving the share price up in the near term. Unfortunately, his recent actions (the "report delayed" PR, the buy-back and this split) seem to indicate he's willing to accept at least short term hits to the PPS.
