InPhonic promotes Andy Zeinfeld to CEO (INPC) 2.63 -0.06 : Co announced that Andy Zeinfeld, President of the Co, will be promoted to Chief Executive Officer effective as of October 1, 2007. David A. Steinberg, who has served as Chairman and CEO since founding the Co in 1999, will continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Coy and assist with the Co's strategy and direction. Zeinfeld joined the Co as President of its e-commerce unit in April 2006 and was appointed President of the Co in June 2006. Prior to joining the Co, Zeinfeld served in a variety of management positions over a 28 year career with RadioShack Corp.
