If you set your chart on monthly, for 2 years, you can see the obv decline 500M shares since the pinnacle of the merger/buyout "talk". Over the past 2 weeks selling has predominated on the daily charts. Looks to me like these clowns have decided to R/S and announce it 10 days after they have done it?

I have got to agree with George Jefferson, the company's principals have seemingly been selling away for quite some time, first at $0.50+, then $0.25, then $0.12, then a long time at $0.039 to $0.041. All this only got them at the lower levels (where the primary volume was sold) about $40,000 to $70,000 per million shares (oct. thru may); but when you are unloading several hundreds of millions of shares it becomes quite a sum of rubles.

Now thru a R/S, they bring the total down to 9 million shares and can start all over again: i.e., authorizing and then issuing outstanding shares that provides more dilutative potential. All unannounced and not discussed before hand with investors.

If they have done the above, in the absence of large numbers of naked shorting, then this company needs to be shut down on the american market, imho.

I get the distinct feeling this company is following the advice of different sets of advisors over time , indifferent and oblivious of the cumulative impact their actions have had over time on the life and value of the shares of this company.

People have the right to be pissed, if this is not a hack job. But in the neather reaches of the american capital markets (unreporting pinks) does anybody in an official regulatory capacity even care a wink? I doubt it. All imho of course.
