U.S. Oil Fund -USO- jumps higher in afternoon trade, stalls near short term resistance (TECHX) : The USO, which was up 16 of the last 20 days into yesterday bringing the run off the Aug low to today's high to near 22%, saw some modest profit taking off the morning high (fell 2%) but has recouped some of those declines this afternoon. Short term watching 62.75 and 62.25 for a potential short term directional indication. Afternoon bounced stalled thus far at 62.73.
