Fiserv acquires WorkingRx to strengthen position in workers' comp pharmacy transaction processing (FISV) 49.26 -0.15 : Co announces it has acquired WorkingRx, Inc. This acquisition in the Insurance Group will complement Fiserv's Workers Comp Division which already includes, Third Party Solutions, DirectCompRx, and P2P Link. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
