Sector Relative Strength (TECHX) : Energy (XLE +1%, OIH +1.6%) and Technology/Semi/Telecom are still the top performing sectors but have seen Home Construction (XHB -0.04%) and Finance (XLF -0.5%) extending their push off morning lows in recent trade.
