Datascope declares special dividend and regular quarterly dividend (DSCP) 35.40 +0.60 : Co announces its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share and a special dividend of $1.00 per share, payable October 15, 2007 to stockholders of record as of October 1, 2007. The amount of the special dividend approximates the net proceeds received by the Company from the sale of the Company's investment in Masimo Corporation following that company's initial public offering in August 2007.
