Gee ... they closed Harrow.
They failed in Alberta.
Assets in Calgary seized.
"Receivership" in Ontario at the Sam's location.
CEO has stated he was "duped".
Only five product lines out of the Sam's location.
Employees being paid late (per Leslie).

Does this appear to be a healthy company to you???
