I know it's hard but we all need to hold our ground not allowing our shares to leave our possession at these dirt cheap levels.

I BELIEVE IT'S TIME FOR EVERYONE TO GET SET UP FOR ANOTHER MAJOR RUN POSSIBLE A TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT or Update!!

Readers, Last Week was the buying opportunity of a lifetime for those shareholders that believe the Tender Offer is real. When news came out Monday and it wasn't about the Tender Offer weak shareholders flooded the bids taking the price from .0045ish to .0025ish. I see just the opposite about to happen when shareholders find out who Sib Almaz really is and we are updated about Tender Offer. I see the second phase as an exciting time for shareholders because once we understand what is actually taking place the share price should move significantly higher in my opinion.

I do understand this stock play is taking a long time but in the end I believe it will be worthwhile for everyone.

In my opinion the event we have all been waiting for is getting very close. Please understand I will trade any major bounce that occurs before the Tender is announced. I am very positive the event we have all been waiting for is getting very close. Some of the guys that have been around GBDX for months are guessing by the end of August or first two weeks in September. The company said in a recent press release they Personally the sooner the better but I am 100% committed to ride this one out until THE ONE is completely bagged and money is setting in my account.

Readers I am invested in GBDX for the Tender Offer and reading the last press release the company stated they would like to have everything finalized by mid September. I assume they are including the Tender Offer in this finalization. "completion is anticipated by mid September. Slava Beurikov states: "The transaction was more complicated than originally anticipated. We have international agreements and formal contracts that had to be finalized. New management is in place and the company is looking forward to a timely completion of the transaction. Details will be made public through press releases as they occur and the transaction is finalized."
