If, and only if, this is a scam... what would be the purpose behind sending this type of phoney PR.....

A) Create exodus of shareholders.... why would they want that?

B) Scare new investors.... why would they do that?

C) Create uncertainty about the company.... why would they do that?

If this is a scam (which is quite an elaborate undertaking) then there must be a very serious reason....
