Broadridge is suspect too

If this is an elaborate scam/scheme then whole chain is
suspect. I well know of ADP's dump-spin off of Broadridge
brokerage arm. Didn't make the profit center cut. Insiders
at ADP got shares in it and dumped them big time. Check the
chart the weeks after trades began.
Funny thing is how the old ADP brokerage was located down
on Wall Street Broadway by WTC on 9/11.
