I agree, it seems a little odd. But I've come to expect that out of my Russian overlords.

I'l' be checking back to see if anyone else can add some clarity to the situation throughout the weekend, and certainly on Monday. But for now, I need to go run, as I was suckered into signing up for a 5K run in two weeks. Totally not related to NWOG, but anyway.
