I received same message supposedly from Etrade, BUT checking the email's header reveals it was NOT sent directly by Etrade: but instead by

FURTHERMORE if you attempt to reply to the message, the return email address is:

[e-mail] <[e-mail]>

If one visits the web site - the company appears to provide procy voting services. Did NWOG contract this outfit to conduct a proxy vote about some yet to be announced important issue?
