My take on this : I would be very surprised if they can make a reverse effective without putting it on otcbb.com dailylist.

Another surprising thing is, the sep 11th date is already
gone. May be they were planning on doing it but it didn't follow-up like they do with hundred other things???!!
Nothing would surprise me here. 1-100 Reverse (if it is true) will leave us with only a few millions on the float. Interesting to see what will happen in that case. I didn't get any message YET from etrade so I am wondering whether those received are having US E-trade accounts or canadian???
