How about this scenario? They sell all A/S up to 2.5 billion. then When they need more money for whatever they want ot do, they may depend on R/S reduced to 2.5 billion/250 = 10,000,000 shares. From that time on again they will increase A/S up to 2.5 billion with TA gagged. HaHA It is so easy to collect capital while they are staying in pink land. They will not move to otc bb.
