The techies I talk to at my ISP kinda cringe (I can sense it) when I call cause they know what a tech dummie I am.

But they're usually very polite and have helped me a great deal. If the crashing continues, I'll call... and hopefully, they won't pass the buck and say it's on my end.

Looks like iHub is running smoothly today at least. ;)
