WHOAWA!! I'll have to read that a couple of time. So many different rates. That is immensly heplful Big!!!

That whole subject has been a little mysterious to me. I try as hard as I can to not be a borrower, so I haven't paid as much attention as I probably should to that whole financial market.

This is off the EFGO topic, but because we are talking rates, which rate did the feds lower and who does it affect the most?
