I don't think that I would say that it is great, but I do think it is great that Dr. Stucki, as was previously said, gave us the good, the bad, and the ugly. This PR shows that we still have some hills to climb and I personally don't like to see lawsuits against the company. Doesn't mean they will, or can, win those lawsuits, or that we will pay, or settle, the suits. It does show a light at the end of the tunnel and that is what we are looking for. I don't see this as pulling in additional investors because there are too many items hanging that is cause for concern. Saying you are going to do something and actually doing it, is a big difference. Time will tell. IMHO.
