OPNION, The next 10 week cycle low is due October 15th (or thereabouts), so if it comes in a day or two early, then there is your October 11th or 12th date.

As you'll recall your TCI Indicator called the March 5th, 10 week cycle low #msg-16297781 so perhaps it is calling the one due in October too.
