What does the US export that has a big impact on employment and on the economy? They always tell us we are a service based economy. I can't point to anything in this era that would provide the level of jobs that the internet and housing bubbles provided. The cheap dollar policy only helps the multinationals profits but how much does it really help the overall economy? I think the idiots in government better think twice about a cheap dollar policy.
