VPTI is a shell with 92 mil o\s. 92 mil you say? THAT AIN'T LOW!!! Well, 74 mil are owned by one entity ie The Belle Group and another 2 mil are owned by insiders. That leaves 16 mil approx. Is that a low floater? I THINK SO!!! lol. Clean bal sheet.
