I hate to say it, but it is probably the best thing. Unfortunately, sales are lacking therefore they have to rely heavily on raising funds to survive. At .0001 or .0002 they just can't continue to raise much money. As long as they are relying on shares for paying for everyday business then correcting pps is essential.
