he test of Intel's manufacturing prowess, and defect density will be if Intel can manufacture this without a significant number of partials !

If Intel was smart they would stick to bulk CMOS and use
fewer metal layers than AMD to further increase its big
wafer processing cost and defect density advantages vs
AMD well beyond that naturally provided by its far greater
economies of scale.

Oh wait, apparently Intel is smart.
