Could you explain to me what is going to happen to the debentures and the preferreds?

They're forcing a mandatory "exchange" of the CDs at a price (in common stock) considerably below what you'd have got for the debentures on maturity. I'm not convinced that what they're doing is legal. If it is, it shouldn't be.

The preferred has been split 1:7,000,000. Presumably that will be adjusted in your account, unless you have a cert, in which case you'll have to send it to the TA before the 28th.
