What does 1938 have to do with the Q?

I'm invested in Q to make money, aren't you? If QCT spins and the two companies are worth more separate than the whole it is a good thing. The company is two big and disfisunctional in its present form. The legal team has made to many mistakes and needs to play hardball. QTL has its hands tied as long as QCT is part of the mother ship. Spinco should have happened back in 2000. The phone and infrasture division were sold off and the stock took off. Spinco is a necessary evil under the present legal storm IMHO.

Don't fall in love with the stock. It is a vehicle to make money.
