As previously communicated, Seaway Valley Capital Corporation is expecting to merge 100% of WiseBuys Stores, Inc. into Seaway shortly. ... We anticipate finalization these amendments and an affirmative shareholder vote at WiseBuys this month. Immediately thereafter, we will close the merger and trigger the release of the audited financials in the 8K.
