Just a wild stab from what they said in their March filing:
"We currently plan to investigate and, if such investigation warrants,
acquire a target company or business seeking the perceived advantages of being
a publicly held corporation. Our principal business objective for the next 12
months and beyond, will be to achieve long-term growth potential through a
combination with a business rather than immediate, short-term earnings."

Although they did say "and beyond" so it could be quite a bit longer. That's why I said "hopefully". It's been 6 months since their DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS, I was just being optimistic. I've seen shell companies like this search for reverse merger candidates for years and years so don't hold your breath.
