I read through the judgement and it appears that the Murphy pit is history. I do not see any way PBLS can appeal this again and come out ahead. The judgement says that although there was no sub lease agreement, that agreements with the subcontractors were in violation of the lease with Mitchell. Sounds like PBLS had bad legal advise.

When doing a drive by one of our local posters talked to a Parrish sheriff at the gate and I always wondered if this meant that the pit was under closure.
Has it been closed??????? This was at the time PBLS bought the fuel depot to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in fuel costs at the pit. Huh??????

Tomorrow should be a telling day..........

Volume has been big the last several weeks as someone has been buying shares as fast as PBLS can print them.
I expect some retail folks on this board will throw in the towel as the pps will probably take another big hit. If the volume is not huge it might indicate that whoever has been buying the last couple weeks still has confidence due to insider knowledge and may pick up a few cheap shares. If volume is very large he may be dumping shares as well as those here.

It is clear that PBLS is juggling a lot of balls and standing on shaky ground.
I have enough shares to make a nice profit if PBLS ever pays off but am through chasing the bouncing ball. There is just too much out and out deception and misleading unsubstantiated pr to make me want to throw more money at this gamblers dream.

Not selling and good luck to all that have provided so much hard earned dd and enthusiasm.
