Selling shares for cash. Selling shares for businesses. Shares being converted for outstanding convertible debt?
It's all irrelevant.
The O/S keeps going up. Pbls announces up to 100 million share buyback. But when they report, they report no meaningful shares bought back.
The only fact we know is that the O/S keeps gong up.
And that the selling keeps going on.
It's time for Pbls to start buying back and live up to their word.
