I called the IR till he picked up.... His exact words:

"it's no big deal, they still operate the pit and the lawsuit is not over, this was just the 1st appeal"

He said that the original decision was a summary judgment, an pbls never got a chance to respond to it and present their side...

There are other lawsuits involving this case and this decision is not the final say on the pit...

So, in the end we still got the pit and this is years away from resolution in the courts....
