It's still the waiting game.

It does give an impression of a scrambling leadership.

I read the first two releases as hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Todays release was a necessity. They had to acknowledge that January had come and gone.

I still see approval as the most reasonable outcome, but I also see support weakening. We are the end of our cup and handle, and ready for a breakout in some direction.
