Biz, it was a foregone conclusion. I am not sure if I agree with the decision or not. In any event, I don't see how it applys to Q, because Q is not in a dominant marketing position in Europe whereas Microsoft is. The downside is that it gives the EU renewed energy and confidence in pursuing other anti-trust complaints in their never ending quest to reap the benefits of US technology for as little as possible.
