Wal Mart research...

Went wandering around the countryside looking for inventory this weekend.

Stopped at 4 Wal Marts for deli food along the way.

Nebraska City, NE...Had Shreds & Slices neatly displayed w/ Melissa's soy cheese next to it. Shreds were around $3

Omaha, NE....Had a few Shreds & Slices & No Melissa's. Shreds were around $3

Des Moines, IA...Had Shreds & Slices w/ 1 Variety of Melissa's. Shreds on sale for around $2.50 or so.

Iowa City, IA....Had Shreds & Slices & Melissa's. Shreds were piled in there & were on sale 2 for $3. Bought 10 bags.

So my theory is Melissa's is moving in on the Wal Mart shelf space & whether the space can be held is in question.
