Well I am on the PHGI side of the equation here so I am wondering how it will effect my holdings?

I don't understand the sudden share increase in RNVO? I didn't expect that myself I thought RNVO will have a share consolidation not a massive distribution..

I am of the belief though that this increase was done to accommodate the share exchange is some way unlike many other PHGI holders that think it is just something Steve Carnes did to sell shares to eliminate his debt?

I am very confused now and not sure what to make of this?
