Great Posting. You got ST to respond with good information especially on the 144s. I thought the sales where around 2M. I was able to calculate that from some of the 144 information I had and talking to the IR person. The only thing that ST did not do is reveal how much stock he has bought on the open market and at what price. He personaly told me on the phone that he is in the hole on the stock he purchased. I think this one thing if he disclosed would greatly improve his credibility. I know the Iceman will never have the credibility of ST. It is just this little peiece of information and having a link with it on all of his postings and website would really help. All of the people on CNBC have to put up a disclosure statement before they talk if they are a prompoter or analysis. I am convinced that this can be a great company that could do $1B in another yr or 2. The problem is the company is late on earnings and has not given the shareholders their company goals. We as long term investors need this information from the company - not a promoter. This might be a great management team but in my book they get F- grade in the PR department.
