Robert can this be right?
Following the close of the above described transactions, the Company had 10,444,253 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
and
The effect of such reduction was to increase the number of fully diluted shares of the Company’s common stock from approximately 30 million shares, to a total of approximately 68 million common shares.
and if Tony and Shawn own 13% of fully diluted shares or
.13 x 68,000,000 = 8.84 million shares does that mean that Tony and Shawn own 85% of the outstanding shares?
Actually Robert I'll bet that not all of Tony and Shawns 8.84 million shares were included in 10.444 million shares outstanding, were they?
If not, will Tony and Shawns 8.84 million shares when distributed constitute over 50% of the outstanding shares?
Could you clear this up for us?
