according to amstock.com (division of Wachovia NA), PHAR is still using their services and is not delinquent

the rep can't disclose the o/s but when I asked if it's more than 20M o/s, he said no and he said it's more than 10.6M

so that's about it---between 10.6m and 20m is the o/s
