dumb indian - here's your positive spin.

1) beebe wants to buy a clean shell without debt
2) carnes provides beebe a clean shell without debt

should *PHGI* shareholders be concerned how #2 is reached? carnes created the shell and apparently did a convertible financing and wants to pay himself a big deferred salary. these are all public in the filings.

perhaps it's not good for RNVO shareholders, but that's their decision to make.

PHGI shareholders should be concerned about getting a clean, debt-free shell.

why everyone thinks this has to be a win-win deal for both companies is beyond me. RNVO is a shell! there is no business there and pretty much any shell, upon merger/acquisition, is restructured.

PHGI was restructured.
i imagine RNVO will be too.
