shorts - look at RNVO's filings. anything RNVO does *pre-acquisition* has nothing to do with beebe.

carnes owes.. himself.. $739,500. if he wants to sell stock to pay himself before turning over the shell.. that's his call.

i've always agreed with you in that i thought PHGI was the real play on any uplist.. not RNVO.

you are entitled to your opinion, but make sure you're being fair about which party is to bear responsibility for something CARNES and RNVO does.

my feeling is that beebe wants a debt-free shell. carnes is obviously trying to make that happen. again, that sucks for RNVO holders, but i dont see how this negatively impacts PHGI?

i suspect that if the shell is debt-free, beebe will come in and lower the authorized back to an appropriate level, just like he did with PHGI.
