UW... You know as well as anyone on here that I am looking for great news... However, just like today's post, last year we had an over zealous Customer Service rep that told us what we wanted to hear. That way when the customer gets a response from the company for feeback in the CS rep, the customer gives that person a glowing feedback report.

I would love to think that this is going to happen, but I have a feeling that the CS rep doesn't have a clue as to when TFN will be on Direct TV.
Now, if we get that same response from several Direct TV employees, then I might feel better.

Sorry to burst the bubble but I don't want people going out and buying BKMP thinking a deal is in the can.
