I have a crazy algorithm cooked up around net index option volume that takes into consideration net weighted equity volume (up - down).

Aside from that I'm keeping an eye on:
Block trade differencials on the major ETFs.
Net dollar accumulation/distribution on the major ETFs.
New option equity positions.
Equity option volume/open interest for high weighted stocks.
