I am not here to give nice answers to stupid questions (and no, you don't know how many shares I have, nor is that relevant either. Be it 1 share or 3 billion, I am a share holder like most others; that is all that matters)

Look, despite what some may think, I am just a student who made a really stupid investment here. My only "agenda" here is to see this through to the end, no matter what end that is. I personally think Jim is guilty as sin, but that doesn't make me a basher or anything else. If i am wrong, great! Maybe we would still have a bloomin chance!

According to the reporting of a "duped" company: As of 1/22/07, the Company had 200M (Float) & 700M (OS) Shares. However, according to TD, on 3/16, 382M shares were traded; on 3/20, 302M were moved; between 3/15-3/22, 898M total. I wonder who to believe.
