The Russians started joint arms manufacturing with China not long after the Berlin wall came down if I am not mistaken. India has been invited to join the SCO and partake in joint arms manufacturing as of a few years ago. Just a year ago they were on the fence. Looks like the Bushies diplomatic insanity has pushed them towards Russia. Here is a search engine result on the SCO

Lets see....if we decide to militarily take on the Entire Arab world, the Russians, the Chinese, India and Korea
( which became a nuclear power due to GWB´s neglect While chasing fantasies in Iraq ) what are our chances of winning? MAybe if we pull out of Iraq and divide those resources evenly amongst all of the above we could get the job done?
