What kind of efforts could be made? I'm sitting on 250k shares, trying to decide if I should just salvage what I can.

In the bankruptcy filing it listed only a little cash for assets. Did NOVA already pay them. Was it spent?

Don't bankruptcies usually end up selling off the assets? Is the logical buyer of the product NOVA? Would JE try to get his hands on it? (Not good for NOVA.)

Do we know when the judge will address the bankruptcy?

(Lots of thoughts and questions...not many answers.) :(
